Mali Woman Gives Birth To 9 Babies At Once; Maximum By A Human Ever

A 25-year-old Malian woman gave birth to nine surviving babies at once making it a first-time record. On March 30 Mali's government flew Halima to Morocco for better care, considering hospitals in Mali are ill-equipped to provide adequate care for such a rare multiple pregnancy. She delivered five girls and nine boys by cesarean section.
