Redefining X: Mental Health | Dr. Ronald Del Castillo | TEDxADMU

Dr. Ronald Del Castillo’s TEDx talk will focus on the fields of psychology, behavioral science, and public health. Over the recent years, we have noticed an increase in the quantity and quality of discourse on topics concerning mental health. With the current systems we have in place, Dr. Ronald hopes to find more ways in order to integrate the behavioral sciences into how we view and act on public health matters.
Dr. Ronald Del Castillo is trained as a clinical psychologist with expertise in public mental health and social policy. He was an associate professor at the College of Public Health at UP Manila. He was trained at Fordham, Palo Alto University, Stanford, Harvard, Tufts, UCLA, King's College London, and the National University of Singapore. He regularly writes about health, culture, policy, and social media on Rappler and the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Dr. Del Castillo is a member of the Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering and is a fellow of the UK Royal Society for Public Health.
