Implementing the EU Action Plan for Sustainable Finance

In response to the High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) on Sustainable Finance, the European Commission released an action plan for financing sustainable growth in March 2018. In May 2018 the Commission subsequently adopted a package of measures implementing several key actions announced in its action plan. The Commission’s Action Plan on Sustainable Finance is considered as one of the most advanced policy and regulatory initiative both in its ambition and substance. This panel will discuss EU’s ambition and progress from the Technical Expert Group.
