Guinness Review The Mercantile / Hely's Bar

We're not quite sure what's going on with this bar. It has Hely's Bar written outside it but the barman said it's part of The Mercantile, a long bar on Dame Street just next door. The part we were in is very nice inside with some comfortable chairs but seems to cater to the tourist market with stags and hen parties visiting when we were there. The pint was decent but didn't blow us away.
