On the Ground at the Breeders’ Cup

I had the BEST time experiencing the Breeders’ Cup and watching Flightline, the horse many say is possibly the GOAT in the world of horse racing. Watching the horse dominate the field and live up to expectations and then some left me speechless and literally in tears. It was that spectacular.
What made the day even more special was that I got to bring my daughter (who happened to turn 6 the same day) and my parents. My dad covered horse racing for USA Today and has shared his love of the sport since I was a little girl. Here’s a behind the scenes look at my day. I’m so grateful to America’s Best Racing for the chance to interview Flightline’s connections and to be there in person to enjoy the events leading up to the Breeders’ Cup Classic!
