How to Dry Mint and make Mint Tea | Drying and Preserving Herbs 💚

The mint is growing in our herb garden effortlessly. This is how I dry it, store it and make some tea. There are 3 ways to dry mint leaves: air-drying, using a food dehydrator or drying it in the oven. But I prefer the air-drying method to better preserve the flavor, color and essential oils from the plant. So, the dehydrator is not needed.
