High Cliff Virtual Run || Treadmill follow-along run

This virtual run at High Cliff State Park (Wisconsin) was filmed in early April, 2020 and follows the Red Bird trail, Indian Mound trail, North trail, and Forest Management trail. The run is 5.5 miles, completed in approximately 47 minutes. Get on your treadmill and let's run together!
