The original version of this song musically was written by myself - and it was meant to be an extreme song. Paolo suggested re-crafting it.

Paolo composed all the vocals, lyrics, and vocal melodies for this one. When I heard the chorus line - I was floored - I came up with the prechorus shortly after as we jammed the song.

Hearing how Paolo could reimagine this tech death song into a beautifully melodic piece still blows my mind.

Once Corey added his amazing moving lead lines and Alex hammered down his perfect rhythm - the piece was a Trivium song.
