George Barris took some of the last professional photos of Marilyn Monroe in June/July 1962. They were planning on doing a book together and were going to meet on Monday to talk about the book and photo sessions they had done but Marilyn died the saturday night Aug 4th before their arranged meeting and instead of seeing Marilyn monday he went to her funeral on Wed the 8th of August 1962,
