3 Cup Chicken | Itaki Jumbo Electric Lunch Box Recipe

What is 3 cup chicken? Traditionally, 3 cup chicken is cooked with one cup of sesame oil, one cup of rice wine and one cup of soy sauce. We have modified it for making it in the itaki. This dish is so delicious and the sauce goes so well with rice. The jumbo gives us an extra tier so we get a good amount of vegetables as well. I hope you will give this a try. Enjoy!

Ingredient:
Bottom:
250g - chicken thigh
1 tsp - dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp - rice wine
1 Tbsp - sesame oil
1/2 tsp - fried garlic
1/8 tsp - ginger powder
2 tsp - sweet soy sauce

Mid:
1/3 cup - rice
1/3 cup - water (rice)

Top:
100g - napa cabbage
50g - carrots
1 tsp - sesame oil
1/4 tsp - fried garlic
1 Tbsp - oyster sauce

1/3 cup - water (itaki)
