Milan erased a 15-point halftime deficit with a monster third quarter and then held on to beat Efes 77-83 in Istanbul. Luigi Datome scored 14 to lead five Milan scorers in double figures as the team snapped a two-game slide and strengthened its grip on fourth place with a 17-8 record. Reigning EuroLeague MVP Vasilije Micic had a game-high 27 points in defeat for Efes, whose record fell to 14-11.
