Intense Workout at 7,000 Feet 5:08 average (NEWBURY PARK CROSS COUNTRY)

This was our second workout up at altitude. At this point we had been there for just under two weeks. It was meant to be a little harder than tempo effort. We ran a two mile warmup, them did 2x 2mile with 2 minutes of rest in between. The first rep was 10:12, and the second was 10:04. Stay tuned for more vids coming out up here in big bear. Training at altitude like this is a great way to get extremely fit, extremely fast.
