How to Make Baked Barbecue Neck Bones w/ Power XL || Cooking w/ Mr. Belle
Hello and welcome! In todays video I’m going to show how to make baked barbecue neck bones! This was another pre-recorded video like the last one, just had to wait for it to get edited, but here it is now!

Ingredients:
• Pork Neck Bones
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of Slap ya Mama
• 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
• 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce

Steps:
1. First we’re gonna mix all our seasonings together in a small bowl. Mix together your 1 teaspoon of salt, Slap ya Mama, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and black pepper. (These will all be 1 teaspoon each)
2. Once you’ve mixed all your seasonings, set the Power XL to the “Bake” preset on 375 degrees for 59 minutes. Then press start and let it pre-heat.
3. While our Power XL pre-heats, start seasoning your pork neck bones with the seasoning we mixed together in the beginning.
4. When your Power XL says, “Add Food” add in your pork neck bones. Then close it and press start and let it cook. When it’s been 16 minutes or it reaches the 43 minute mark, open the Power XL and check on your neck bones. If you have another batch, take out the first batch and put the second batch of pork neck bones in. Then close it and let it cook. When it reaches the 34 minute mark, check on your neck bones once again, move them around a little and close it again so it can cook. Once the Power XL reaches the 32 minute mark, add in the other batch of neck bones that we cooked first. Then close it and let it continue to cook. When it reaches the 16 minute mark you can take some of the neck bones out and only make a few barbecued flavor like we did if you want.
5. Once you take a few out, add in your barbecue sauce and brush it all over the meat. Then close it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
