Sand quarry for 1.15+

All non movable blocks should be cleared manually. This quarry is not lightning or snow proof, but wandering trader, pillager patrol and rabbit proof, unlike quarries with minecart collection.
Quarry itself doesn't lose any items while it's moving, but when you stop it items on soulsand platforms might despawn. Max width of soulsand platform is 295 blocks.
I will recommend you to build 20-24 layers, top layer should be at y80, but it might be not optimal for your terrain.
