Monthly Silver Jubilee Celebrations | ISKCON Bangalore | 25 September 2024

ISKCON Bangalore is celebrating a series of monthly festivals on the Ashtami tithi (eighth day) of the Krishna paksha (dark fortnight) in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of Sri Sri Radha Krishnachandra's divine appearance on Hare Krishna Hill, Rajajinagar. Over the past 25 years, Their Lordships have bestowed immense blessings upon devotees, offering opportunities for service through daily sadhana, festivals, and various humanitarian initiatives.

On 25 September 2024, we mark the fifth celebration, beginning with a Brahmotsava Homa in the morning. In the evening, Their Lordships, adorned in the exquisite Sri Radha Kunjavihari Alankara, will grace the Kalpa Vriksha Vahana during the Vahanotsava depicting Their pastimes in Vrindavan, accompanied by joyful kirtans.

The Vahanotsava will be followed by Arati and Jhulan Seva, offered by the seva kartas.

The festivities will culminate in a grand Pallakki Utsava for Sri Sri Radha Krishnachandra, Sri Narasimha, and Sri Sri Rukmini Satyabhama Krishna, concluding with an Ekantha Seva.
