Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Pesto Pasta! Such a delicious dinner that only takes about 30min! Let me know if you give this a try 🫶

- Jullined sun-dried tomatoes in the jar, use however many you like (and 1T of the oil)
- 1/2 T butter
- 1/2 lb chicken seasoned with your favorite seasonings (I did salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika
- 2.5 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 lb pasta of choice
- 1 cup broccoli
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup pesto, to taste
- 1/2 cup cream
- Parmesan cheese, to taste (I added about 1/2 a cup)
- Red pepper flakes, to taste

1. In a large pan, heat 1 T of sun-dried tomato oil and 1/2 T butter over medium heat. Cook your chicken and remove from the pan.
2. Reduce heat to low. Pour in your chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits left in the pan. Add in your pasta, broccoli, salt, and pepper. Bring heat to medium, cover and simmer until the pasta is cooked through, about 10-15 min. Stirring occasionally.
3. Once the pasta is done, add in your pesto, your cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cream, and 1/2 cup parmesan. Stir to combine and adjust seasonings if needed.
4. Serve immediately and top with red pepper and more Parmesan. Enjoy! #shorts #short #Your Bite
