No Lathe Bowl | Power carved wooden bowl
This bowl was inspired by David Fisher, whos bowls I saw on the internet. Anyway this is how I carved this one. I used the wood Macrocarpa which is often used in New Zealand for landscaping and rustic outdoor furniture. It is really easy to carve as it is quite soft but sometimes has a tendancy to crack.
