Validating the Ancient Diet
Foreign probiotics have worked well with antibiotic led Diarrhea. Beyond that there is not strong evidence in its strengths. Probiotic means live microbes moving in human body through hostile atmosphere of acid, oxygen what we call hostile territory that is serious question mark. Doctors of Govt. Stanley Medical college run a project from 21-26 and validated the protocol. By confirming it reduced substantially anti nutrition’s, increased bio availability of minerals especially iron (almost by 14 to 20 times).
In clinical observations, a regular regimen of Pazhaya Soru on an empty stomach drastically reduced symptoms of severe gastrointestinal conditions, including Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn’s Disease, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Doctors at Stanley’s Institute of Surgical Gastroenterology found the cheapest rice gave best results and fermented rice has over 500 secondary metabolites (micronutrients), which act on the gut cells to influence good health. Such probiotics have several nutritional and health benefits, including immediate effects such as improved digestion, absorption of micronutrients, combatting of intestinal infections, and maintenance intestinal health and increase in their nutrient absorptive, barrier strengthening, and energy utilization functions-----thus possibly proving far better option than the microbe protocols supported by western thoughts led probiotics.
