So it is super important as a busy mum to actually get some me time, to prioritise yourself once in a while and actually do something for you. Whether you just want to read a book, go for a walk, have a hot cuppa or take a class to help with your own personal self growth, having me time is vital for a happy mum, a healthy mind and a happy family. It is great for mindfulness, organising your thoughts, helping to simplify your life and getting yourself organised.
