"She's Just My Style" was written by Gary Lewis, Al Capps, Thomas Leslie and his arranger Leon Russell. In an interview with Gary Lewis, he revealed that the song was inspired by the Beach Boys and was meant to have a similar sound. The song features harmonies and a catchy beat that makes it a great song to dance to.

Gary Lewis & The Playboys performed "She's Just My Style" on The Ed Sullivan Show, but Gary had a bit of a mishap during the performance when he stepped away from the microphone too soon, but he quickly returned to finish the song.

Gary Lewis & The Playboys were known for their pop and rock sound, and this song is a great example of their style. They had seven Top 10 hits in the US, with "She's Just My Style" being one of the most popular.
