In the late 2010's it was almost impossible to watch TV around the holidays without being bombarded with the Lebron James Sprite Cranberry commercials. This commercial was played so much, it became mocked by the internet, eventually becoming an internet meme. Typically, folks would make YouTube poop style edits and chop up the clip comedically. However, in 2019 one anonymous internet user took things to the next level. Making a Sprite Cranberry meme that was so powerful, so pervasive, that it temporarily brought shock sites into vogue for the first time in years. This is the story of the story behind the bizarre shock website known as 'SpriteCranberry'.
