3 month ago , i came to this job and tried to plunge it. i think my plunger changed the angle of the broken ceramic, and it stays there for like 5 months until it is blocked up again.
when i come back the plunger does't work anymore the problem is right under the toilet. I thought it was cat litters at the beginning because the owner used to pour cat litters into toilet before he figures out that is actually stone litter.
