After watching this, I see where I spread some fake news in a couple of spots. Being too lazy to re-make the video, I will try to correct my errors here. First, the PAR value is measured in micromoles/ square meter/second, not centimeters.
Second, I had the days wrong on the pea and sunflower shoots. They were 7 days old, not 4. Other than that, I stand behind my thoughts on our Happy Leaf LED light.
