I find it a bit interesting that a vintage SS Rolex is the same value if not more expensive than a yellow Rolex Day Date. Have we reached an era where what metal a watch is, doesn't matter as much anymore?

⚙️ Could you dive in a bit about the bark finish Rolex Day Dates?

⚙️ What are your thoughts on the Bell & Ross BR 05? It seems like a hybrid of the Royal Oak, Nautilus and PAM Panerai put together except maybe for the skeleton model. Would you consider this as a somewhat bootleg copycat of the originals or an alternative if you can't afford a Royal Oak or Nautilus but love the overall look?

⚙️ What do you think of companies who try to alter or enhance other original designs and put their on twist on it? Will this hurt their reputation or build a new market?

⚙️ What are your thoughts on factory diamond watches? Why do watch enthusiasts seem to be against them? Aren't they better than aftermarket diamond watches? I noticed when Mayweather purchased the $18M Jacob & Co Billionaire that a lot of watch enthusiasts weren't pleased and bashed him for it.

⚙️ I have four Rolex models (SD43, JCDC, 16600, Bluesy) and love divers. I have recently seen a Sinn U1 on Stone Cold Steve Austin's wrist and like the look of it. I wondered what you think of Sinn as a brand? I am not a watch snob but given my collection is mostly Rolex, plus a Speedy and a Tudor Ranger, my worry is the Sinn may not have the build quality I am used to.

⚙️ Who are the buyers that pay above retail? I've been collecting since 1991 and until recently, I would not even consider paying at retail.
