Pancakes 1: soufflé Biscoff pancakes
60g plain/ self raising flour
30g (1 scoop) myvegan soy isolate protein powder (I use the salted caramel flavour - it’s my fave! Link is below with a discount code ❤️✨)
180ml unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp of sweetener
1/4tsp baking powder
Pancakes 2: Oreo mini pancakes cereal

Pancakes 3: Apple stuffed pancakes
* alternatively you can stuff with - bananas, maybe your favourite biscuit?! Go wild!

60g-70g plain/ self raising flour: oat flour

1-2 tbsp of sweetener
1/4tsp baking powder
Loads and loads of cinnamon * optional 🙃 but highly recommended
Pancakes 4: Crepes

70-80g plain/ self raising flour/ oat flour - but I really recommend a wheat based flour or gluten free alternative to plain flour

200-240ml unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp of sweetener
1/4tsp baking powder
Pancakes 5: Pancake tacos

70g plain/ self raising flour

1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
1-2 tbsp of sweetener
