PubMLST: Public Databases for Molecular Typing and Microbial Genome Diversity

In this video, we introduce PubMLST (Public Multilocus Sequence Typing Databases), one of the most widely used platforms for bacterial molecular typing, population genetics, epidemiology, and microbial genome analysis. PubMLST provides access to curated databases containing allele sequences, sequence types (STs), cgMLST schemes, rMLST profiles, and whole-genome-based typing data for numerous bacterial and fungal species.
