War Thunder's CAS Problem

The spam of CAS (Close Air Support) in War Thunder tank battles has started to present a real problem. Tanks lack the capacity to truly fight against aircraft and helicopters, which leads to people abusing that power disparity. Thanks to AGMs (air to ground missiles) and targeting computers, even radar and SAM (surface to air missile) equipped SPAA come up lacking.
