Google apps updates January 2021 new features & changes:

- Google Camera: Pixel 5 & 4a 5G no longer reactivate auto night sight, flashlight settings now called "more light" & WhatsApp Drops support for "Social Share" shortcut.
- Google Messages: Ability to schedule messages
- Google Maps: Enhanced color mapping, street view split screen, set an app specific language & incredibly accurate street level details in 4 cities.
- YouTube: Videos with hashtags has their own sections, YouTube.com voice commands support, PWA availability.
- Google Chrome: New tab switcher, grid view and tab groups, safety checker, redesigned share sheet & edit passwords
- YouTube Music: New grid view for albums & singles.
- Google App: Redesigned in-app browser with nav bar.
- Google Assistant: Live translation with the interpreter mode, guest mode for smart speaks & displays, Dragon Ball Z Easter egg, Do nothing mode.
- Keep Notes: Set location based reminders
- Google Lens: Offline translation support
