Today in the Kitchen we are doing something different! I wanted to go ahead and complete my series "Journey to 30: Life Lessons" which I had started on my old YouTube channel when I had hit 30 last year.

That halted as I was dealing with a lot of other things, but now I wanted to finish it up before I was fully in my 30's. The lessons I wanted to share in this week's video surrounds how to deal with HARDSHIP. There are many forms of hardships which we face in life and I wanted to share with you what I have learnt and give some advice on how to deal with them.
