Skydive AFF stage 5 - Fail

My nerves where high this jump and it really showed in my rushed, frantick and poor performance. It is likley the cause of my instabillaty at deployment.
At 5,000ft AGL I move back from the instructor and turn 90 degree's ready to deploy. At 1:37 in the video I then lose control for a terrifying 12 seconds before finaley getting my chute out at 3000ft AGL. I managed to return to the DZ with little trouble. My instructor however was forced to land in the middle of the horse track, hence his upset words at the end of the video.
