Barn Find 1963 Cadillac DeVille Will it Start?

I was out in my Jeep when there was a lady broken down a few miles from my house. So I hooked a chain on her car and towed her to her home. She asked what I do for a living and I told her electrician, but I work on cars as a hobby. Her and her husband had electrical problems and when i started to work on that, she mentioned this old Cadillac in her garage. You just never know what you will find.
