After going no contact with a narcissist, it is EXTREMELY important to shut down all platforms of social media permanently or temporarily if you must have social media due to a business for example. Narcissists will use social media platforms for:
1. Hoovering
2.Smear campaign
3.Gossip
4.Predetorial stalking (Keeping tabs on their victims)
