UCOL Graduation

UCOL is a modern institute of technology and polytechnic with specialty in Applied Engineering and Trades, Health and Sciences, and Humanities and Business. Each year streets are shut, bagpipes are played and celebrations are had. Congrats to all of UCOL's graduates.
