How To Make Toothpaste Homemade | Easy Affordable Healthy | FLT Health

Are you tired of paying $5 for a tube of toothpaste? Well, I found an easy, healthy recipe to make my own homemade toothpaste.

I do not add the flavoring, because I don't mind the coconut oil taste.
Also, I'll put a small amount of my store bought toothpaste, together with my homemade toothpaste on my brush once a day. In the evening, I only will use my toothpaste, then I use Act mouthwash to help prevent tarter, bacterial, and cavity growth.

I use a small container and my batch I make usually lasts about a week.

*This homemade toothpaste, in my opinion, seems to keep my teeth feeling cleaner all day.
