Coalition hinting at ‘bigger’ tax cuts package closer to election: Andrew Clennell
Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Deputy Opposition leader Sussan Ley and Shadow Finance Minister Jane Hume have indicated the Coalition will come up with a “bigger tax cuts package”.
“I don’t think he (Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor) is going to announce that today,” Mr Clennell said.
“But he is going to hint at it again; they want to do that closer to the election.
“Why wouldn’t you? You get a bigger bang that way.”
