South Korea begins using remdesivir for COVID-19 treatment

South Korea has begun treating COVID-19 patients with remdesivir, an experimental drug first developed to fight Ebola. While the drug has been approved for use, it will be limited to seriously ill patients in need of oxygen therapy.
