WHAT IS V-LASE®?
V-Lase® is a new photothermal laser platform, non-surgical, 15 minute, no-downtime procedure that is a pain-free alternative to traditional surgery for the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy which can restore the feel and performance of women’s intimate life. Vulvovaginal atrophy is a disease that can cause burning and painful intercourse, loss of bladder control, and vaginal dryness, irritation and itchiness. These symptoms occur for a variety of reasons most often associated with normal aging, loss of estrogen due to menopause or breast cancer, and childbirth due to stretching and tearing of the vagina. Over 70% of women will experience these symptoms in their lifetime if nature is left to take its course, and there is no reason they have to. Today, there is an easy and quick solution. V-Lase® can literally reverse the vaginal aging process.

HOW DOES V-LASE® WORK?
V-Lase® is a non-invasive, non-ablative intravaginal procedure using advanced CO2 laser technology. It restores your intimate life by improving the youthfulness of your vaginal wall, pelvic floor and vulva. The V-Lase procedure consists of the intravaginal insertion of a specially designed probe connected to a laser. The probe is slowly rotated clockwise 360° while the laser is fired at various locations inside the vaginal canal. With patented laser technology, the laser beam is generated in a pulsed pattern without causing damage to the superficial vaginal wall, while producing a gentle thermal effect deep inside the vaginal tissue and pelvic floor to stimulate the remodeling and growth of collagen and elastin fibers and the formation of new microvasculature. This will re-establish a healthier “young like” vagina with better hydration/lubrication, tightening of the vaginal canal, increased mucosal blood supply, greater urinary control, and improved sexual gratification.
