EGG KEEMA MASALA | Dhaba style Egg Kheema Recipe | Anda Keema | Surti Anda Khimo by Viraj Naik

Egg Keema also know as Kheema or Khimo is one of the basic egg dish. There are two types of Egg Keema, One made with raw eggs and the second made with boiled eggs, I am sharing the later version.

Ingredients: (for 2 Person)
2 Boiled and Grated Eggs
2 Chopped Onions
2 Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Garlic Pate
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1 Chopped Green Chilly
Salt to Taste
2-3 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
Water as Require
