The World's Hardest Game 3, True 100% Run (All Paints, All Keys)

So, I've done runs of this game where I've gotten all of the colors, but I've never done a run where I've gotten every single collectible. In this video, I play The World's Hardest Game 3, getting all paints and every last key.
I had a lot of trouble learning how to get the key in the rightmost quarter of 5-B3, but other than that, getting the keys was not so bad.In addition, the framerate is not garbage, like the recording of my 150-death run.
I played on Kano Games, and I was mostly pleased with the framerate, but it got laggy on Levels 4 and 5, especially on the last two areas.
