ABOUT THIS FEED:
Quanah is on a busy BNSF mainline, the Red River Valley Sub. MP 191.88 There is a wye that connects to a branch line, the Chickasha Sub to Altus Oklahoma and a yard that receives local traffic and unit trains of grain and rock as well as storage movements weekly. Most of the mainline traffic include intermodal as the Alliance Intermodal Facility is the termination for all container and trailer traffic and coal destined for south Texas and Louisiana. Daily freights and unit trains of oil, chemicals, grain, and rock fill the gap. Foreign power you’ll spot: Ferromex, Norfolk Southern & KCS units.

There’s no schedule for freight trains, but some of our more knowledgeable members will provide real-time information when it’s available. Please refrain from asking.
