Cayetano delivers privilege speech at the Senate

Senator Alan Peter Cayetano delivered a privilege speech before the Senate on Monday. He questioned why the extrajudicial killings are being blamed on President Rodrigo Duterte. Cayetano also said the Senate is being used to discredit the President and mislead the public.
