Sask premier to invoke notwithstanding clause in support of school pronoun policy
Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said he would invoke the notwithstanding clause in support of his proposed school policy on gender pronouns. Moe's move comes after a judge issued an injunction against the government's policy, pending a full hearing.
