Kid Steals Home - inattentive catcher/pitcher during LLWS 2016

During the Maine vs Rhode Island Little League World Series 2016 regional game, the catcher and pitcher are caught off guard and a run scores by stealing home.

We've uploaded several base running videos advocating aggressive base running. Often we field comments claiming that such base running isn't "real baseball" as if a base runner should not take a base that the defense is not defending.

Here we see what happens when a team has apparently not faced good base running in the past and they get burned for it.

It's experiences like this, and the sooner kids face them the better, that teach youth baseball players to always stay alert. Especially a catcher, who has the best view of the runners.

As seen in the MLB clip, sometimes the best opening for a runner is after a walk or strike out when there is a lull in the action but the ball is still live.
