Cisco IP Phone factory reset

This video explains how to do a factory reset on Cisco IP Phone 7941 series phones. This procedure also works on 7961 and similar model phones. This factory reset is needed to correct various issues, such as the phone showing an incorrect time, or call history from the previous owner showing.

To reboot the phone simply unplug the power and replug, then hold down the # key. After a minute or so you will see the line lites begin to flash. Once they start to flash enter 123456789*0# and the phone will reboot and factory reset.
