Here's how I find momentum stocks before they move

I spotted this momentum stock the night before it ran 40% — here's the exact scan I used.

Every Sunday night I run 4 filters to build my swing trade watchlist for the week:

1. ADR above 6% — the stock needs to move enough to be worth the trade
2. Average volume above 1 million — I need liquidity, no thinly traded names
3. Market cap above $100M — filters out the pure garbage and pump-and-dumps
4. Price between $2 and $30 — the sweet spot for momentum moves with real upside

What's left after those 4 filters is a short list of stocks with the right profile for a swing trade setup.

This trade: entered at $8.00, trimmed half at $10.80. Sold rest at 12.70 — 70% in 72 hours on a swing is a solid result.
