Welcome back everyone! This week’s video is on mouthguards that are made specifically for when you are in braces! I reached out to Shock Doctor who makes great mouthguards, especially for those who are in braces. They were the only company I could find that were supported by the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO)! They provided me with a few of their products to sample in this video! I was very surprised with the quality of the mouthguards and their fit!

I highly recommend that anyone who is doing sports while in braces purchase a mouth guard to protect their teeth from any damage that can be caused from trauma. Below are some of the products that I reviewed in the video!
