INGREDIENTS:
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
One lemon (optional)
Some coffee beans
Dry biscuits as needed
2 cups of coffee
Pinoli nuts as needed
Chocolate as needed
METHOD:
I prepare the custard by combining one whole egg and one egg yolk with a tablespoon of flour and two tablespoons of sugar, some coffee beans, two glasses of boiling milk, and lemon (if desired). I cook it on low heat while continuously stirring.
Once the custard is ready, I let it cool down and prepare the coffee, which can be left bitter or sweetened with a bit of sugar. I dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange them on a small baking tray, then I cover them with the custard and repeat this process for three more layers.
Finally, on the top layer of custard, I add chocolate shavings and pinoli nuts.
