Final Fantasy IV – EP 08 Dark Elf, Tower of Babil & Tellah’s Meteor

We travel north to the Chocobo Forest, catch a Black Chocobo, and enter the Magnetic Cave where the Dark Elf guards the Earth Crystal. Stripped of our metal gear, the fight seems hopeless… until Edward plays his harp from afar, breaking the Dark Elf’s magic field. With our full strength restored, we take him down and claim the Earth Crystal.

But before we can return to Troia, Kain lures us to the Tower of Babil. There, we battle the Magus Sisters and confront Golbez himself. In a desperate move, Tellah casts Meteor, weakening Golbez and freeing Kain — but it costs Tellah his life.

We rescue Rosa just in time, then face Barbariccia, the fiend of wind. After defeating her, Rosa teleports us out of the collapsing tower. Back in Baron, we regroup with Cid and learn a shocking truth: there are four more crystals hidden in the Underworld.
