This time we find out wether you should adjust the audio levels in your camera or on your external microphone and if it actually makes any difference.

If you are looking for the best camera audio settings, you came to the right place.

In this test, I will set the input level in the Sony ZV-E10 to 1 and have the Rode VideoMic NTG set to its max value, which is 15. Then, I set the value of the ZV-E10 to 31 (max-value) & the Rode VideoMic NTG to 1 (min value).

Does it make any difference?
