Hilux Surf Update - Pulled The Engine

It's been a while but most of the parts have finally come in, still waiting on a few more parts but I have enough to go ahead and pull the engine and get to work.
The stock dual mass flywheel gave out and that's what was causing the horrible slipping that made the surf undrivable.
Since the engine is out, I figure now is as good of time as any to address a lot of the leaks and other issues that the engine has.
